All rights in the Services, including text, images, graphics, and software ("Materials"), are reserved by Slotpark. By providing access to these Materials, we do not grant you any ownership or intellectual property rights except for use of the Services under this Agreement.

You may only use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes as described in the documentation provided with each product and feature within our platform. You must comply with all applicable laws when accessing the Services.
Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The services are provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranty, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Neither Slotpark nor its affiliated companies shall be responsible for loss arising from use or reliance upon information received via our platform, except as required by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless each of the parties involved in creating this Agreement (collectively "Released Parties") against any losses resulting from your breach of these Terms, including reasonable attorney's fees incurred by Released Parties.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. The courts located within that jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority to resolve disputes arising under this Agreement.
Modification
Slotpark may modify or terminate our Services at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform and apply retroactively unless stated otherwise in writing by us.
Termination of Account
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account at any time, for reasons including non-compliance with these Terms, use which is against applicable law, or failure to pay fees if required.
Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration
Any claim arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the relevant rules.
